However, we recognise that some customers still prefer a hard copy or a CD-ROM, and these can be purchased, and will be despatched to you by First Class Post. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Returns will only be accepted as a result of a defective product. In this instance a credit will be raised for your return carriage costs in addition to the original product value if required.
Orders that are no longer required or are ordered by a customer in error will be charged a re-stocking fee and carriage will remain payable on these returns.
